AND WELLNESS
TREATMENT APPROACH
I believe lasting change begins with a strong physician-patient relationship built on trust and expertise. I also believe that an integrated approach that, at times, utilizes psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, psychiatric medications, and/or supplements. My office is located in downtown Ann Arbor next to the University of Michigan's
campus. I provide in-person and virtual appointments.
As a University of Michigan-trained board-certified psychiatrist and adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan, I draw on advanced training in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I work closely with each patient to understand their story and integrate evidence-based therapy, careful medication management, and lifestyle strategies.
