TREATMENT APPROACH
Are stress, mood changes, or life transitions disrupting your peace of mind? I help my patients rediscover resilience and balance with in-person psychiatric care tailored to their needs. I believe in an integrated approach that utilizes psychotherapy (including psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy), lifestyle modifications, psychiatric medications, and/or supplements. I believe lasting change begins with a strong physician-patient relationship built on trust and expertise. My office is located in downtown Ann Arbor next to the University of Michigan's campus.
As a University of Michigan-trained board-certified psychiatrist and adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan, I draw on advanced training in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I work closely with each patient to understand their story and integrate evidence-based therapy, careful medication management, and lifestyle strategies.
Reaching out for support can be challenging, yet meaningful help is available. Are you ready to take the next step? Please reach out by phone or email to schedule your in-person (or virtual) consultation.
